JEDDAH - Peningkatan layanan haji yang dilakukan Arab Saudi menuai apresiasi. Termasuk dari pemerintah Indonesia. hasil evaluasi sementara di lapangan, ibadah haji tahun ini relatif lancar dan nyaris tanpa kendala berarti. Meskipun demikian, sejumlah catatan tetap diberikan pemerintan Indonesia, khususnya untuk muassasah.
Sabtu malam (9/9) waktu Arab Saudi (WAS), Menag Lukman Hakim Saifuddin menggelar pertemuan dengan jajaran Panitia Penyelenggara Ibadah Haji (PPIH) dari seluruh daerah kerja (daker). Pertemuan digelar di Kantor Urusan Haji Indonesia (KUHI) di Jeddah.
Menag menuturkan, prosesi Haji relatif tertib, dan tidak ada hal yang secara prinsip bisa mengganggu atau menyulitkan jalannya ibadah. ’’Jadi secara keseluruhan, sebagaimana disampaikan pemerintah Saudi, Haji tahun ini berlangsung lancar,’’ terangnya.
Meskipun demikian, tetap ada sejumlah catatan. Yang paling utama adalah kurangnya tenda di Mina untuk mengantisipasi pertambahan jamaah haji Indonesia sebanyak 52 ribu orang. Terkait hal itu, Menag berencana protes kepada Muassasah dan Maktab. Namun, hingga kemarin Jawa Pos (Induk Jambi Ekspres) belum mendapat konfirmasi apakah protes jadi dilaksanakan.
Persoalan lainnya adalah kurangnya jumlah toilet. Selain itu, Menag juga meminta agar ada lobi kepada pemerintah Saudi. Harapannya, ada peningkatan fasilitas bagi para jamaah yang menginap di Mina. Sehingga, layanan kepada jamaah bisa lebih baik dan berdampak pada kekhusyukan ibadah.
’’Saya berharap pak dubes bisa meyakinkan Saudi agar Mina bisa menjadi contoh dunia, bahwa umat Islam bisa melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik,’’ lanjut putra mantan Menag Saifuddin Zuhri itu. Haji bisa menjadi contoh dunia bahwa jamaah dengan jumlah yang sangat besar sekalipun, bisa beribadah bersama-sama dengan lancar.
Alternatif lainnya adalah memanfaatkan penginapan di sekitar Jamarat. Ke depan, tutur Menag, setidaknya harus ada dua atau tiga kloter yang diinapkan di hotel sekitar jamarat. ’’Dengan demikian, mereka bisa kembali ke hotel dan tenda bisa ditempati kloter lain,’’ tuturnya. semua alternatif itu akan diupayakan untuk haji 2018 dan seterusnya.
Selain persoalan infrastruktur, tambah Lukman, pihaknya juga akan melobi Saudi agar bisa menambah jumlah petugas haji. Saat ini, kemenag menerjunkan 3.500 pettugash Haji untuk membantu jamaah selama beribadah. Dengan jumlah lebih dari 200 ribu jamaah, jumlah petugas dirasa kurang. Kemenag akan merumuskan berapa kebutuhan ideal untuk layanan jamaah sebelum melobi Saudi.
Sementara itu, Peneliti Ahli Pusat Pengkajian Islam dan Masyarakat (PPIM) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Dadi Darmadi juga melontarkan apresiasi serupa. Meskipun demikian, khusus untuk persoalan tenda di Mina, dia menyarankan agar tahun depan tim advance Kemenag lebih sigap dan teliti. Harus ada check and recheck, dan tidak langsung percaya. ’’Apa yang tertulis di kertasnya, yang dijanjikan, harus sama dengan keadaan di lapangan,’’ ujarnya.
Dia sepakat bahwa Menag memang harus protes atas kekurangan fasilitas itu. hanya, yang lebih penting adalah persiapan haji 2018. ’’Kepastian akan tersedianya tempat yang memadai bagi jamaah kita di Mina harus dipastikan jauh-jauh hari sebelum pelaksanaan wukuf,’’ lanjutnya.
Dadi menambahkan, pada dasarnya ada tiga hal yang harus jadi perhatian utama dalam layanan haji selama di Saudi. Yakni, transportasi, akomodasi, dan katering. Sehingga, sejak awal harus dipastikan bahwa seluruh jamaah Haji Indonesia akan terlayani dengan baik dalam ketiga hal itu.
